Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable in-store and digital channel experiences
- Share fragrance, makeup, and skincare knowledge with confidence, employing compelling storytelling techniques to connect with clients
- Deliver expert personalised consultations that educate and captivate clients, translating brand heritage into compelling narratives
- Utilise clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and systematically expand individual client portfolios
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets whilst maintaining KPI performance standards
