Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences delivered both in-store and via digital channels
- Share passion and knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare with confidence through compelling storytelling
- Deliver expert personalized consultations that captivate and educate clients
- Utilize clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and expand personal client portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators
