Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences both in-store and through digital channels
- Share passion and knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare through compelling storytelling
- Deliver expert personalised consultations that educate and captivate clients
- Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and expand client portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators
- Contribute to Chanel's sustainability ambitions across nature restoration, circularity, dignity and prosperity, and women's autonomy
