Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultation on Chanel fragrances, skincare, and cosmetics to customers
- Deliver elevated customer service aligned with luxury retail standards and brand positioning
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets within the prestige beauty category
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product ranges, ingredients, and application techniques
- Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
