Chanel seeks a Part-Time Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant at Boots Liffey Valley, Dublin for 30 hours weekly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences in-store and via digital channels
- Share expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare with confidence through compelling storytelling
- Deliver expert personalised consultations that captivate and educate clients on Chanel's beauty creations
- Utilise clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and expand client portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs whilst maintaining service excellence
- Contribute to Chanel's sustainability ambitions across nature restoration, circularity, dignity and prosperity, and women's autonomy
Qualifications
- Client-facing retail experience
- Passion for creating memorable client experiences
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish meaningful client connections
- Collaborative and team-first mindset
- Understanding of prestige beauty products and luxury brand values
Skills
Experience
Experience in a client-facing retail environment, preferably in luxury goods, prestige beauty, or fragrance retail.
Education
Secondary education required; further training will be provided through Chanel's Training Academy.
