Chanel is recruiting a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant for a fixed-term role at Fenwick Colchester.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales within the Chanel fragrance and beauty department at Fenwick
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to clientele
- Maintain product knowledge of Chanel's fragrance, skincare, and makeup lines
- Build client relationships and facilitate repeat purchases
- Meet individual and department sales targets
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards at the Chanel counter
- Provide a premium customer experience consistent with Chanel brand values
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in prestige beauty or luxury retail
- Strong knowledge of or passion for fragrance and beauty products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
