Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant, Colchester UK – fixed-term maternity cover (12 months), luxury beauty retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences in-store and via digital channels
- Share expert knowledge of fragrance, makeup, and skincare through compelling storytelling and consultations
- Deliver personalized consultations that educate and captivate clients
- Utilize clienteling and data capture systems to actively recruit new clients and expand client portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators
- Embody Chanel's sustainability ambitions and contribute to company-wide sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- Client-facing retail experience
