Chanel seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Counter Manager in Zunyi, China to lead retail operations and drive prestige beauty sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Communicate and embed Chanel's brand culture and vision through every customer interaction, positioning the counter as a destination for prestige beauty and fragrance excellence
- Lead a sizeable retail team to exceed sales and performance targets, providing individual coaching to drive each consultant's personal KPIs
- Partner with training and development teams to foster professional growth and succession planning capabilities within the store
- Ensure consistent operational execution in line with head office standards, optimizing in-store efficiency and customer service protocols
- Cultivate an exceptional, distinctive customer experience that builds brand loyalty and drives repeat business within the prestige fragrance and beauty categories
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail leadership within fragrance or prestige beauty
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate brand vision into commercial results
- Proven capability in team development and talent cultivation for luxury retail environments
- Deep familiarity with the luxury goods sector and refined aesthetic sensibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and mentor retail teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience in luxury fragrance, prestige beauty, or comparable luxury goods environments, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance and leading high-calibre teams.
Education
Secondary education minimum; advanced retail management certification or luxury retail training programmes preferred.
