Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the fragrance and beauty counter operations, ensuring optimal visual merchandising and product presentation
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental revenue targets and KPIs
- Oversee team performance, staff scheduling, and provide ongoing coaching to sales associates
- Maintain inventory accuracy, manage stock levels, and coordinate with supply chain for product replenishment
