Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and memorable shopping experiences by demonstrating profound knowledge of Chanel's fragrance and beauty products, creating desire while meeting client needs and team objectives
- Cultivate genuine, enduring client relationships that enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value
- Maintain the visual presentation and brand standards of the fragrance and beauty boutique or counter, including product arrangement and merchandising support
- Embrace emerging digital shopping trends and facilitate seamless omnichannel experiences for clients
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and sales competency
- Demonstrated ability to establish, nurture, and manage client relationships
- Genuine passion for the fragrance and beauty industry
Skills
Experience
Proven retail or client-facing experience in the luxury sector, preferably in fragrance or beauty categories, with evidence of strong sales performance and client loyalty building.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in cosmetics, fragrance, or luxury retail is advantageous.
