Chanel is hiring a Fragrance and Beauty Consultant at Boots White City, London. Deliver Chanel beauty consultations and drive sales in a luxury retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and fragrance/beauty fittings that reflect Chanel’s standards of service and product expertise.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive client acquisition.
- Build and nurture a high-value client portfolio through regular clienteling, follow-up communication and CRM record maintenance.
- Present and maintain visual merchandising and product displays to brand guidelines within the Boots White City boutique space.
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications tailored to clients’ needs and occasions.
- Support product launches, sampling initiatives and promotional campaigns, ensuring flawless execution at point of sale.
- Manage stock, replenish displays, handle product receipts and ensure compliance with loss-prevention procedures.
- Operate point-of-sale processes, process transactions accurately and maintain daily sales reporting.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in beauty, cosmetics or fragrance, preferably within a prestige or luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver personalised, client-focused service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional manner.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends to meet retail scheduling needs.
- A vocational qualification in beauty, makeup or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Typically 1–3 years of frontline experience in beauty or fragrance retail, with demonstrable success in sales and client development within a premium or luxury setting.
Education
Secondary education completed; vocational qualification in beauty, makeup or cosmetics preferred.
