Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and unforgettable beauty experiences to clients, creating desire and fulfilling needs whilst achieving team targets
- Establish and cultivate genuine long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and lifetime value
- Maintain fragrance and beauty counter/boutique presentation to brand standards, including merchandising and stock organization
- Embody Chanel's brand values and style heritage through superior product knowledge and emotional client engagement
- Champion omnichannel retailing practices and digital shopping trends to ensure seamless, integrated customer experiences

- Exceptional communication and sales acumen
- Demonstrated ability to establish, maintain, and manage meaningful client relationships

Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or related prestige retail environments is advantageous. Proven track record in client-facing sales roles or brand ambassador positions is preferred.
Education
Secondary education required. Cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
