Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations across fragrance, makeup and skincare to an affluent clientele, translating product knowledge into tailored recommendations and ritual-led service.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Build and maintain a cultivated client portfolio using CRM tools: schedule follow-ups, manage appointments and document client preferences and purchase history.
- Execute in-store merchandising, product replenishment and visual standards to preserve the Chanel aesthetic and ensure optimum stock presentation.
- Represent the brand at promotional events and product launches, providing expert product demonstrations and maintaining the highest standards of brand conduct.
- Ensure accurate point-of-sale transactions, stock control and adherence to company policies, loss-prevention procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Professional demeanour with impeccable presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to luxury clientele.
- Proven ability to deliver consultative beauty services and close sales in a retail environment.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and ability to cultivate repeat business and long-term client relationships.
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends, peak retail periods and brand events.
- Cosmetology, beauty therapy or related vocational training is an advantage.

Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury beauty, fragrance or premium cosmetics retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets and servicing high-net-worth clients.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational diploma in cosmetology, beauty therapy or related field preferred.
