Chanel is hiring a Fragrance and Beauty Boutique Manager to lead its Chadstone Fragrance and Beauty Boutique in Victoria on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role leads boutique sales, operations, team development and client experience while upholding Chanel standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a passionate team in creating memorable client experiences.
- Drive sales, business growth, team development, and an exceptional client experience while ensuring the boutique meets Chanel standards across client service and operations.
- Consider the client experience across makeup, fragrance, and skincare touchpoints beyond the boutique.
- Empower team members, provide feedback, and foster a learning culture that supports their growth and development.
- Partner with the learning team to coach and mentor staff in client experience, sales techniques, service flows, product knowledge, and expertise.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the retail partner, seeking the best outcomes for Chanel.
- Model Chanel service standards and lead by example on the selling floor.
- Build and maintain the boutique’s client base by proactively recruiting clients and developing client loyalty.
- Work across a roster covering the retail boutique’s trading hours.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated management experience, preferably in a luxury or fast-moving environment.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and motivation to lead a team to success.
- Open-mindedness toward diversity and cultural differences, with the ability to work with team members and clients from diverse backgrounds.
