Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Fragrance and Beauty boutique team through recruitment, performance evaluation, training, and development initiatives
- Supervise team organization and efficiency, monitor individual and collective objectives, and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration
- Pilot and coordinate all boutique activities in alignment with corporate strategy and defined objectives
- Develop and deploy the business strategy across the boutique, ensuring team comprehension and execution
- Cooperate with Marketing and Retail teams to execute campaigns, product animations, and brand launches
- Monitor, analyze, and report on financial and budgetary indicators, ensuring boutique profitability
- Develop and coordinate sales strategies to achieve business objectives within budget and approved action plans
- Analyze sales performance to identify bestsellers and underperforming products, implementing corrective actions
- Ensure the retail environment maintains Visual Merchandising standards and reflects Chanel's brand image
- Implement effective inventory management and control procedures to minimize stock variations

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of boutique management experience in a luxury retail environment
- Post-graduate degree qualification
- Demonstrable expertise in fragrance and beauty retail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Intercultural competence and sensitivity to diverse clientele
