Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays to ensure optimal merchandising
- Oversee daily boutique operations including opening and closing procedures
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service and build client relationships
- Monitor financial performance and manage operational budgeting
