Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop boutique staff with a focus on succession planning, career development, and annual performance reviews

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of omni-channel retail operations and customer experience
  • Experience with client relationship management (CRM) and data-driven retail strategies
