Chanel is hiring a Fragrance & Beauty Assistant Boutique Director in Palm Beach Gardens. Lead boutique sales, clienteling and operations for the beauty category.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Director in leading day-to-day boutique operations for fragrance and beauty, ensuring adherence to Chanel’s brand standards.
- Drive sales performance and KPIs across fragrance and skincare categories through targeted clienteling, product launches and promotional activity.
- Coach, develop and schedule boutique staff; provide regular feedback and training to elevate service and product knowledge.
- Deliver an outstanding luxury client experience through personalized consultations, sampling programs and post‑sale follow-up.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and merchandising to maintain presentation standards and optimal product availability.
- Coordinate in‑store events, product launches and local marketing initiatives in close collaboration with regional teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies including visual merchandising guidelines, loss prevention, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse sales trends and client data to identify opportunities, report insights to leadership and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury beauty or fragrance retail with demonstrated sales leadership.
- Experience coaching and managing boutique teams with focus on talent development and performance management.
- Deep product knowledge of fragrance, skincare and cosmetics; ability to deliver tailored client consultations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience achieving sales targets and managing inventory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional poise appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury beauty or fragrance retail, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role responsible for sales and daily boutique operations.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, marketing or a related field preferred.
