Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke product consultations and personalized recommendations to clients, creating memorable shopping experiences that encourage desire and fulfil customer needs
- Cultivate authentic long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat purchase behaviour
- Maintain boutique or counter presentation standards in accordance with Chanel brand guidelines; support merchandising, stock management, and visual display activities
- Embody Chanel's fragrance and beauty expertise, articulating brand heritage and product benefits with confidence and passion
- Bridge digital and omnichannel retail experiences, educating clients on seamless touchpoints and facilitating online and in-store integration
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude, continuously elevating service standards and exceeding customer expectations
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish, nurture, and manage client relationships
- Passion for the fragrance and beauty industry
- Brand ambassador capability with strong product knowledge acumen
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail, beauty consulting, or client-facing roles within the beauty or fashion sectors is advantageous. Demonstrated track record in building and maintaining high-value client relationships is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; beauty or cosmetics certification considered a plus.
