Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver superior client service daily through the Chanel service ritual, ensuring every guest feels welcome, confident, and at ease
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to deepen loyalty and trust
- Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture to recruit, loyalize, and retain clients
- Attend seasonal seminars and utilize the Inside Beauty learning platform to continuously enhance product expertise and service delivery
- Maintain an omni-channel mindset, creating seamless experiences across in-store and online touchpoints
- Address and resolve client situations according to company philosophy and standards, partnering with appropriate teams as needed
- Communicate details of upcoming events to clients and facilitate product introductions and demonstrations
- Demonstrate mastery of Chanel brand heritage, know-how, and product offerings, sharing insights with both clients and colleagues
- Maintain comprehensive awareness of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs
- Ensure the work area is consistently clean, tidy, hygienic, and professionally presented whilst adhering to visual merchandising guidelines
- Foster a positive team environment through regular communication with management and colleagues, demonstrating integrity and ethical conduct

Qualifications
- Articulate, knowledgeable, and passionate about cosmetics and fragrance
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or prestige beauty is preferred
- Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred
- Passion for Chanel beauty products and the house's heritage
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Service-oriented mindset with genuine concern for client needs
- Excellent listener with eagerness to learn and develop professionally

Skills
Experience
>Retail or hospitality experience in a luxury, prestige, or high-end customer service environment is preferred. Prior experience as a beauty advisor, cosmetics associate, or fragrance specialist is advantageous. Direct brand experience with Chanel or comparable luxury houses is a plus.

Compensation
