Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients through the Chanel service ritual.
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to foster loyalty and trust.
- Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and client data.
- Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize the Inside Beauty learning application.
- Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Resolve client issues in alignment with company standards and philosophy.
- Stay informed about upcoming events and engage clients through demonstrations.
- Share knowledge of Chanel's heritage and brand values with clients and team members.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the team and management, demonstrating ethics and integrity.
Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
- Passion for Chanel's history, products, and cultural initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire to grow professionally within Chanel.

Compensation
