Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to every client through the Chanel service ritual, ensuring each guest feels welcome, confident, and at ease
• Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connection, emotional intelligence, and consistent brand experiences
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth by leveraging product knowledge, services, and client data capture to loyalize, recruit, and retain clientele
• Attend seasonal seminars hosted by Education Executives and utilize the Inside Beauty learning application to implement knowledge into daily interactions
• Maintain an omni-channel mindset to provide seamless client experiences across in-store and online channels
• Address and resolve client situations according to Chanel philosophy and standards, partnering with appropriate teams as needed
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of upcoming events and involve clients through product introduction and demonstration
• Maintain solid knowledge of the Chanel brand heritage, savoir-faire, and product offerings, sharing this expertise with clients and team members
• Ensure the work area remains clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional at all times while adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Maintain positive communication with the team and manager, demonstrating ethics, integrity, and respect for cultural differences

Qualifications

• Articulate, knowledgeable, and passionate about both cosmetics and fragrance
• Direct Chanel brand experience or demonstrated artistry skills (preferred)
• Strong passion for Chanel Beauty products and the House of Chanel's heritage and cultural initiatives
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
• Full-time, in-person presence required to support client sales and deliver elevated service

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 26 per hour.
