Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service through the Chanel service ritual, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, confident, and valued
• Develop and maintain deep client relationships through emotional intelligence, personal connection, and consistent follow-up
• Execute sales strategy across products and services while capturing client data to loyalize, recruit, and retain clientele
• Attend seasonal education seminars and leverage the Inside Beauty learning application to deepen product expertise and implement learnings daily
• Curate omni-channel experiences that bridge in-store and online engagement to drive seamless client journeys
• Address client concerns and resolve situations in alignment with Chanel values and standards, partnering with internal teams as required
• Communicate product launches, events, and offerings to clients through introduction and demonstration
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Chanel heritage, product craftsmanship, and brand values; share expertise with both clients and team members
• Monitor market trends and client needs while contributing to business strategy discussions
• Ensure boutique work areas remain impeccably clean, organized, and aligned with Visual Merchandising guidelines at all times
• Maintain professional communication with management and team, demonstrating integrity, positive attitude, and collaborative spirit
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and respect for diversity within the team and client base
• Lift inventory and materials up to 5 lbs. and maintain extended standing periods during shift

Qualifications

• Passion for Chanel's heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
• Demonstrated expertise in both fragrance and cosmetics with ability to articulate product benefits clearly
• Prior experience in luxury retail or boutique environments strongly preferred
• Artistry skills or direct luxury beauty brand experience preferred
• Emotional intelligence and proven ability to build meaningful, long-term client relationships
• Fluency in client-centric service delivery and omni-channel retail mindset
• Physical capability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods during shifts

Skills

Experience

Service-oriented retail or hospitality experience in luxury settings is preferred but not required. Candidates with demonstrated passion for fragrance and beauty, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to excellence will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance certification is valued but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 30.90 per hour.
