Role & Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to clients through execution of the Chanel service ritual, creating memorable experiences that foster loyalty and personal connection
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through trust-building interactions and personalized beauty recommendations
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling across products, services, and data capture initiatives; contribute to client acquisition and retention strategies
• Attend seasonal training seminars hosted by Education Executives and apply daily learnings from the Inside Beauty application to enhance client consultations
• Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure seamless integration between in-store and online client experiences
• Address client concerns and resolve situations in accordance with company philosophy and standards, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary
• Educate clients on upcoming events, product launches, and collections through compelling introductions and demonstrations
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand heritage, product know-how, and market positioning; communicate this expertise to both clients and team members
• Maintain a clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional work environment consistent with Visual Merchandising standards
• Model positive communication, ethics, and integrity within team interactions; respect cultural differences and contribute to an inclusive team environment

Qualifications

• Articulateness and demonstrated knowledge of and passion for both cosmetics and fragrance
• Artistry skills and prior brand experience in luxury beauty or cosmetics preferred
• Passion for Chanel Beauty products and the House of Chanel's heritage and values
• Ability to lift up to 5 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Full-time in-person presence required to support in-store client sales and service delivery
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Understanding of and genuine passion for client experience and service excellence
• Service orientation with authentic concern for clients' needs and interests

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.30 to USD 28 per hour.
