Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke fragrance and skincare consultations, tailoring recommendations to clients’ preferences and skin profiles.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and boutique KPIs through active prospecting, conversion and upselling.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships via proactive clienteling, follow-ups and appointment management.
- Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising in accordance with Chanel brand standards.
- Manage stock replenishment, samples and inventory accuracy; assist with stock-taking and loss-prevention procedures.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and payments according to policy.
- Participate in brand training, product launches and promotional events to sustain up-to-date product expertise.
- Ensure compliance with Chanel’s client confidentiality, hygiene and professional service protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience; 1+ years in prestige beauty or fragrance preferred.
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to client service.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in cosmetics, skincare or related fields is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, with at least some exposure to prestige beauty or fragrance recommended. Demonstrable track record of client acquisition and meeting sales objectives is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/beauty certification preferred.
