Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver superior client service through the Chanel service ritual, ensuring every client feels welcomed, confident, and at ease
• Develop and deepen client relationships through personal connection, trust-building, and consistent extraordinary experiences
• Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, client data, and strategic loyalty programs to acquire and retain clients
• Attend seasonal education seminars hosted by Education Executives and utilize the Inside Beauty learning application daily
• Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure seamless client experiences across in-store and online channels
• Resolve client situations professionally according to company philosophy and partner with appropriate teams as needed
• Understand and communicate upcoming events through introduction and product demonstration
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Chanel heritage, product offerings, and craftsmanship, sharing insights with clients and team members
• Maintain awareness of business challenges, client needs, and competitive market dynamics
• Ensure the boutique work area is clean, organized, hygienic, and professional at all times in compliance with Visual Merchandising standards
• Communicate proactively with management and team members, demonstrating integrity and ethical conduct

Qualifications

• Articulate, knowledgeable, and passionate about both cosmetics and fragrance products
• Artistry skills and prior luxury beauty brand experience preferred
• Service-oriented mindset with genuine concern for client needs
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Full-time in-store and in-person presence required
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively

Experience

No specific years of experience required; prior luxury beauty retail or direct Chanel brand experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in beauty, cosmetics, or business is not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 30.90 per hour.
