Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service to every client each day through the CHANEL service ritual.
• Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and trust-building.
• Contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets and using products, services, and data capture to build loyalty, recruit, and retain clients.
• Attend seasonal seminars hosted by Education Executives and use the Inside Beauty learning application daily to apply learning to the role.
• Maintain an omnichannel mindset, creating a seamless client experience between in-store and online channels.
• Address and resolve client situations in line with company philosophy and standards, partnering with appropriate teams as needed.
• Understand upcoming events and involve clients through introductions and demonstrations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the brand, its heritage, and know-how, and share it with clients and the team.
• Understand business challenges, client needs, and the surrounding market.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional, and follow Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain a positive attitude, communicate regularly with the team and manager, and demonstrate ethics and integrity.
• Treat others with respect, acknowledge cultural differences, and remain willing to learn from them.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of and passion for client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Passion for CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within CHANEL.
• Articulate, knowledgeable, and passionate about cosmetics and fragrance.
• Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred.
• Passion for CHANEL Beauty products.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Full-time, in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and service and drive business results.

Skills

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 29 per hour.
