Fragrance & Beauty Advisor position at Chanel's Brickell boutique in Miami, Florida. Provide expert cosmetics and fragrance consultation to luxury clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultation on Chanel fragrances and beauty collections, tailoring recommendations to individual client preferences and skin types
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through attentive service and follow-up engagement
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across fragrance families, cosmetics, and skincare lines
- Execute retail transactions and manage point-of-sale operations with accuracy and discretion
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and boutique ambiance aligned with Chanel's brand aesthetic
- Achieve personal and team sales targets while prioritizing client satisfaction over transaction volume
Qualifications
