Chanel seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor at the Wynn, Las Vegas — deliver luxury beauty consultations and drive sales for Chanel fragrance and cosmetics.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client consultations for fragrances and cosmetics, tailoring recommendations to individual preferences and skin types.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and effective conversion of foot traffic into clients.
- Build and maintain a confidential client book; execute proactive clienteling, follow-ups and after-sales care to drive repeat business.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across Chanel fragrance, skincare and makeup ranges and communicate brand heritage and product benefits persuasively.
- Perform makeup applications, fragrance fittings and product demonstrations to showcase product performance and inspire purchase.
- Maintain immaculate merchandising and visual presentation consistent with Chanel visual standards and seasonal directives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage samples and monitor inventory levels; assist with stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support in-store events, launches and VIP appointments; liaise with store management to deliver elevated client experiences.
Qualifications
- Professional, polished presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to luxury clientele.
- Proven ability to build rapport and deliver high-touch service in a premium retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening and consultative sales aptitude.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Right to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of hands-on experience in luxury beauty, fragrance or cosmetics retail; prior experience within prestige fashion or beauty maisons is highly advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty certification preferred but not required.
