Chanel seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor in Honolulu, HI (Waikiki) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales in the brand's Waikiki boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product demonstrations across fragrance, make-up and skincare to a discerning clientele in the Waikiki boutique.
- Drive sales performance by converting consultations into purchases and by achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain a proprietary client book through proactive prospecting, follow-up, sampling and clienteling activities.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate brand storytelling, formulations and application techniques with authority.
- Execute visual merchandising and stock presentation to brand standards, ensuring displays, testers and signage are immaculate and compliant.
- Operate point-of-sale procedures accurately, process transactions, gift services and returns while maintaining cash and inventory controls.
- Support inventory management including replenishment, stock counts and receipt of deliveries to minimise shrinkage.
- Contribute to in-store events, launches and trainings; represent the brand at promotional initiatives when required.
- Adhere to Chanel’s client confidentiality and luxury service standards, ensuring polished appearance and professional conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or beauty advisory experience, preferably in a luxury cosmetics, fragrance or prestige retail environment.
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly and manage long-term client relationships.
- Strong selling and consultative skills, including make-up application and skincare recommendations.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of direct experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics or fragrance sales; prior exposure to high-end retail standards and clienteling is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, beauty or retail certification preferred but not required.
