Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service to every client through the CHANEL service ritual.
• Build client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and trust.
• Contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets and using products, services, and data capture to recruit, retain, and build client loyalty.
• Attend seasonal seminars hosted by Education Executives and use the Inside Beauty learning application daily to apply learnings.
• Maintain an omnichannel mindset, creating a seamless client experience between in-store and online channels.
• Address and resolve client situations in line with company philosophy and standards, partnering with relevant teams as needed.
• Understand upcoming events and engage clients through introductions and demonstrations.
• Share knowledge of CHANEL, its heritage, and know-how with clients and colleagues.
• Understand business challenges, client needs, and the surrounding market.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with the team and manager; demonstrate a positive attitude, ethics, and integrity.
• Treat others respectfully, acknowledge cultural differences, and remain willing to learn from them.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of and passion for cosmetics and fragrance.
• Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of and passion for client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Passion for CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within CHANEL.
• Service-oriented, with genuine concern for customer needs.
• Excellent listening skills and eagerness to learn.
• Flexible and adaptable to scheduling changes, new ideas, and direction.

Skills

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 29 per hour.
