Role & Responsibilities
- Provide superior service to every client following the Chanel service ritual and brand guidelines
- Develop and deepen client relationships through personal connection and trust-building
- Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, client data, and loyalty strategies to recruit, retain, and engage clients
- Participate in seasonal seminars and utilise the Inside Beauty learning platform to remain current with product innovations and industry trends
- Execute omni-channel client experiences that bridge in-store consultations with online engagement
- Address client concerns and resolve situations in accordance with Chanel standards and philosophy
- Communicate upcoming events and new product launches to clients with enthusiasm and expertise
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Chanel's heritage, product line, and craftsmanship
- Understand the competitive landscape and client market dynamics
- Ensure the boutique environment is immaculate, hygienic, and visually aligned with Chanel's merchandising standards
- Communicate proactively with the team and management, demonstrating integrity and professionalism
Qualifications
- Articulate, knowledgeable, and passionate about both cosmetics and fragrance
- Proven experience in beauty or luxury retail is preferred
- Makeup artistry skills and direct Chanel brand experience advantageous
- Genuine passion for Chanel beauty products and the house's heritage
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
- Full-time in-store presence required to support client sales and service delivery
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury beauty retail or Chanel boutiques is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with an ability to exceed sales targets and foster long-term loyalty is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional beauty, cosmetology, or retail training is advantageous.
