Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service aligned with the Chanel service ritual, ensuring every guest feels welcome, confident, and respected
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through personal connection, emotional intelligence, and trust-building
• Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, service expertise, and client data capture to loyalize, recruit, and retain clients
• Attend seasonal seminars led by Education Executives and apply learning from the Inside Beauty platform daily to enhance service delivery
• Maintain an omni-channel mindset to deliver seamless client experiences across in-store and online channels
• Address and resolve client situations according to company philosophy, partnering with appropriate teams as needed
• Present upcoming events and product innovations to clients through compelling introductions and demonstrations
• Cultivate deep knowledge of Chanel's heritage, product offerings, artisanal know-how, and market positioning, communicating this expertise to clients and colleagues
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique environment is clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional at all times
• Communicate regularly with the team and management, demonstrating positive attitude, ethical conduct, and cultural awareness

Qualifications

• Articulate, knowledgeable, and passionate about both cosmetics and fragrance
• Demonstrated artistry skills and direct luxury beauty brand experience preferred
• Service-oriented mindset with genuine concern for client needs
• Excellent listening skills and eagerness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
• Understanding of and passion for client experience and luxury retail
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language proficiency preferred but not required
• Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within Chanel
• Ability to lift up to 5 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Experience

"Experience in luxury retail, fragrance, or beauty advisory roles is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of building client loyalty, achieving sales targets, and delivering sophisticated client service in an upscale retail environment.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.30 to USD 26 per hour.
