Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service to every client through the Chanel service ritual, treating guests with utmost respect and ensuring they feel welcome and at ease
• Develop and deepen client relationships through personal connection and trust-building to foster loyalty
• Achieve sales targets through product knowledge, service excellence, and strategic use of customer data capture across products and services
• Attend seasonal education seminars hosted by Education Executives and apply learnings from the Inside Beauty learning application daily
• Maintain an omni-channel mindset to create seamless client experiences across in-store and online touchpoints
• Address client concerns and resolve situations according to Chanel philosophy and standards, partnering with appropriate teams as needed
• Communicate upcoming events to clients and provide product demonstrations and introductions
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Chanel's heritage, brand positioning, and product know-how; share this expertise with clients and team members
• Understand business challenges, client needs, and market dynamics to inform sales and service strategies
• Ensure the work area remains clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional; adhere to visual merchandising guidelines
• Communicate regularly with team and management, demonstrating positive attitude, ethical integrity, and respect for cultural differences

Qualifications

• Demonstrated service orientation with genuine concern for client needs
• Excellent listening and communication skills with ability to articulate fragrance and cosmetics concepts
• Passionate knowledge of and enthusiasm for Chanel Beauty products
• Artistry skills and direct luxury brand experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 5 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Full-time, in-person presence required to support client sales and delivery of elevated service
• Flexibility and adaptability to scheduling changes, new ideas, and direction
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively

Skills

Experience

No specific years of experience required, though direct beauty or luxury brand retail experience is preferred. Demonstrated success in client-facing luxury service roles is highly valued.

Education

No formal educational requirement specified; secondary education or equivalent assumed as baseline.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 28 per hour.
