Chanel is hiring a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor in Columbus, OH (Easton Town Center). Deliver luxury beauty consultations and drive sales for Chanel beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and luxury client experiences across fragrances and prestige beauty, including product demonstrations and makeup application.
- Drive sales performance and attain individual and store KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and follow-up clienteling.
- Build and maintain a loyal client portfolio through proactive outreach, appointment management and CRM utilisation.
- Ensure impeccable presentation of counters and merchandise: maintain visual standards, merchandising, sampling and replenishment.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and support stock management, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in product training, in-store events, launches and promotional activities to elevate brand presence and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrable track record in luxury retail or prestige beauty sales.
- Strong consultative selling capability and a client-focused approach to build long-term relationships.
- Comfortable performing makeup application and product demonstrations to an exacting luxury standard.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and seasonal peaks; legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Professional presentation, attention to detail and ability to represent a high-end luxury brand with discretion.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of direct experience in beauty, fragrance or luxury retail environments; prior exposure to prestige or premium brands strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal beauty or cosmetology training preferred but not mandatory.
