Chanel is hiring a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor in Columbus, OH (Easton Town Center). Deliver luxury beauty consultations and drive sales for Chanel's fragrance and cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised fragrance and skincare consultations to a discerning clientele, tailoring recommendations to individual needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and apply makeup and skincare products to showcase product efficacy and build client confidence.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up, and appointment management to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling, cross-selling and conversion of walk-in clients.
- Maintain impeccable merchandising and presentation of fixtures and displays to brand visual standards and promotional guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, manage returns and maintain daily cash reconciliation.
- Participate in regular product training and brand workshops to sustain deep product knowledge and technical proficiency.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or prestige beauty sales, with measurable sales results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage high-net-worth and luxury-oriented clients discreetly and professionally.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician license or formal beauty training preferred where required by local law.
- Authorization to work in the United States and ability to meet physical requirements of the role (standing for extended periods, light lifting).

Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in prestige beauty or luxury retail sales with demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Education
