Chanel hiring Fragrance & Beauty Advisor in Chestnut Hill, MA (The Street) — deliver luxury beauty consultations and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised fragrance, skincare and makeup consultations to clients, delivering tailored product recommendations and demonstrations.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and conversion of walk-in traffic.
- Build and maintain a high-value client book: follow up on appointments, manage client preferences and coordinate product replenishment.
- Execute merchandising and visual standards on the sales floor, including product presentation, displays and stock rotation in line with Chanel guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and assist with inventory control and stock receiving.
- Participate in brand trainings, product launches and in-store marketing events; maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention procedures, health & safety and retail operational policies while delivering discreet, luxury-level service.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to sell luxury beauty and fragrance products with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician certification preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and seasonal peaks.

Typically 1–2 years of experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics or perfume retail, or equivalent client-facing sales experience in a premium retail environment.
Education
