Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct formulation trials (texture and shade ranges) for lip products, including associated controls, analyses, and testing requests
- Industrialize formulas by identifying process risks, conducting supplementary trials, and validating operating procedures in collaboration with pilot teams
- Execute studies on identified development issues, develop test plans, and present findings and results
- Contribute to laboratory operations including quality assurance, safety, hygiene, logistics, and equipment management
Qualifications
- Professional license (Bac +2/3) in chemistry or cosmetics
- Significant formulation experience in makeup, with confirmed expertise in lip product texture and shade formulation
- Strong knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes
