Role & Responsibilities

• Support preparation of sales forecasts for product launches, novelties, and permanent products across different markets
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
• Assist local markets in building robust forecasts by analyzing stocks, orders, and sell-through across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels
• Participate in monthly demand planning cycles by reviewing baseline forecasts, consolidating market inputs, and adjusting statistical trends
• Analyze campaign and sell-in performance to identify risks and opportunities
• Contribute to allocation decisions in line with regional priorities and supply constraints
• Monitor ordering plans, quotas, allocations, and supply challenges at market and SKU levels
• Load and validate forecast quantities in forecasting systems while ensuring compliance with campaign guidelines and deadlines
• Perform detailed data-quality controls across markets, channels, campaigns, and SKUs
• Partner with local markets to collect, challenge, and consolidate forecast inputs
• Support preparation of key meetings (S&OP, business reviews) and contribute to ad hoc analyses and projects

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field with mandatory internship agreement
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work comfortably with large and complex datasets
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and good command of data tools; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural context
