Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Forecast and Marketing Intern in Geneva; 6-month full-time role supporting regional strategy and analytics across multiple markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Estimate and monitor sales forecasts for product novelties across assigned regions
  • Monitor demand on regular products by adjusting statistical trends and implementing forecasting models
  • Support markets in forecast construction by analyzing inventory levels, orders, and historical data across retail, wholesale, and digital channels
  • Conduct quota allocation analysis and decision-making according to regional strategy and supply chain considerations
  • Orchestrate the three-axis marketing plan (Perfumes, Make-up, Skincare) for Travel Retail and local markets
  • Support regional markets on campaign launches including product positioning, in-store experience, and merchandising
  • Participate in trade marketing animations and customer experience development
  • Develop tools and frameworks for best practices sharing and campaign amplification across the region
  • Monitor campaign and business performance through sell-in and sell-out analysis
  • Conduct market studies on product assortment and customer segmentation
  • Inform international teams of market particularities and emerging trends
  • Assist in preparation of major executive meetings and strategic presentations

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Internship agreement mandatory and must be part of formal study program with academic credit award
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Experience with data visualization tools and complex database management
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in quantitative work
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
