Chanel seeks an F&B Director in Milan to lead luxury dining, events and hospitality across flagship venues.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the F&B strategy for Chanel's Milan venues, aligning culinary and service concepts with brand positioning and flagship objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across restaurants, cafés and event catering, ensuring exemplary guest experience and consistent delivery of luxury service standards.
- Own P&L for assigned F&B outlets: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, margin optimisation and financial reporting.
- Lead menu development in collaboration with culinary teams and external chefs, ensuring quality, innovation and adherence to brand identity.
- Recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams; design training programmes that embed Chanel’s service culture and technical standards.
- Manage supplier relationships, procurement, quality control and compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP and local requirements).
- Plan and execute high-profile events and private client hospitality, coordinating cross-functionally with retail, marketing and events teams.
- Implement operational KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service efficiency, sustainability and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, high-end restaurants, boutique hotel F&B or premium retail hospitality.
- Demonstrable P&L ownership and experience with budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
- Strong talent management skills with a track record of building and coaching multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance (HACCP or equivalent).
- Excellent stakeholder management and proven experience working with marketing, events and executive teams.
- Fluency in professional hospitality practices and high standards of service design.

Experience
Substantial senior leadership experience (typically 7+ years) directing food & beverage operations within luxury hospitality, high-end restaurants or flagship retail hospitality, including P&L responsibility and event execution.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business or a related field preferred; professional food safety certification (e.g. HACCP) advantageous.
