Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the fully equipped tailor studio operations
- Advise international clients on alteration requests with expertise and technical precision
- Execute alterations and adjustments to exclusive prêt-à-porter collections with meticulous attention to detail
- Support atelier activities and coordinate with the shop floor team
- Apply CHANEL client service standards when assisting on the sales floor, including welcoming and accompanying clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized service
- Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with the House values of craftsmanship and excellence
Qualifications
- Completed formal training as a tailor or master tailor
- Several years of professional experience in a similar tailoring or alterations role
- Proven experience in high-quality or luxury fashion environments
- Demonstrated confidence working with international clientele
- Strong organizational abilities and refined aesthetic sensibility
- Meticulous, precise, and independent work methodology
- Fluent communication in Czech and English; additional languages highly valued
