Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS standards
- Manage consolidation processes and ensure accuracy of corporate-level financial data
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with operational and regional finance teams to gather and reconcile financial information
- Monitor and optimize financial reporting workflows and systems
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial analysis and IFRS accounting standards
- Strong experience with consolidation tools and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting software
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data to stakeholders
Skills
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, corporate accounting, or a related finance function, ideally within a multinational organization or luxury consumer goods sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is preferred.
