Chanel in Paris seeks a Financial Digitalisation Assistant (Apprenticeship) to support corporate finance digital transformation and automation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the corporate finance team in its digital transformation initiatives, including process automation, system enhancements and digitisation of reporting flows.
- Collect, consolidate and validate financial data for monthly and ad hoc reporting; assist in preparation of dashboards and KPIs.
- Collaborate with IT, internal stakeholders and external vendors to specify requirements, perform user-acceptance tests and support deployments.
- Document processes, maintain project trackers, and contribute to change-management activities and end-user training materials.
- Participate in small-scale data analysis and troubleshooting of finance-related systems to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant higher-education programme (Bachelor's or Master’s level) in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship track).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise with finance and IT stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Experience
Internship or previous short-term placements in finance, audit, reporting, or finance-related IT projects are advantageous but not mandatory; the role targets candidates in an apprenticeship programme seeking hands-on exposure to finance digitalisation.
