Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize existing processes; draft clear procedures for internal teams, particularly the Artistic Direction.
  • Propose improvement solutions for financial reporting tools.
  • Participate in monthly financial closures.
  • Monitor and develop the budget for the Artistic Direction.
  • Contribute to the monthly consolidation of KPIs.
  • Automate and consolidate financial and operational reporting.
  • Enhance Business Intelligence tools and structure team databases.
  • Centralize key information to facilitate task handovers within the team.
  • Monitor costs and assist in controlling expenditure commitments.
  • Provide daily operational support to the team on various tasks.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management control, accounting, finance, or information systems with a financial focus.
  • Previous professional experience in finance or management control.

Skills

Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel. Strong sense of confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills. Dynamic, committed, and organized. Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including creative teams. Capacity to simplify financial information and explain budgetary issues pedagogically. Curiosity and understanding of artistic creation, design, and the luxury sector. Alignment with values of sincerity, humility, efficiency, collaboration, and sharing.

Experience

Previous professional experience in finance or management control is required.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management control, accounting, finance, or information systems with a financial focus.
