Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve monthly financial reporting through actual vs. budget analysis and variance investigation
- Contribute to performance optimization and advancement of the financial technology landscape (consolidation tools and systems) aligned with strategic project needs and Finance Division objectives
- Establish and animate financial processes with operational stakeholders through appropriate analytical structure configuration, assumption tracking, and impact analysis on financial projections
- Prepare and coordinate monthly performance reviews and budget management meetings with operational teams
- Participate in investment tracking and monitoring across strategic initiatives
- Support accounting and financial closure processes
- Execute cross-functional projects and conduct ad-hoc analyses linked to strategic priorities and financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or graduating from a leading business school or university
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Demonstrated rigour, initiative-taking, organizational ability, and autonomy
- Prior experience in corporate finance or audit (preferred)
