Chanel seeks a Financial Analyst Intern for six months in Paris (Concorde) beginning January 2027, supporting watches and jewellery division strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop weekly and monthly business review reports under Power BI and Excel for senior management presentation
- Analyze monthly revenue forecasts and monitor annual forecast evolution against targets
- Determine pricing and repricing schedules in alignment with group policy guidelines
- Track and analyze currency fluctuations and pricing movements across the division's global footprint
- Consolidate and evaluate competitive pricing intelligence across key markets
- Support deployment and optimization of pricing management tools and systems
- Monitor and enforce discount policy compliance across boutique network
- Prepare files, analyses, and presentations for budget revision cycles
- Maintain competitive intelligence updates through press reviews and market information gathering
- Conduct ad-hoc analytical studies to provide strategic and financial insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university programme seeking final internship
- Minimum six months' prior experience in financial analysis or management accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with demonstrated experience from previous internship role
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Demonstrated autonomy and ability to generate actionable recommendations
- Recognized for strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with orientation toward service delivery

Minimum six months' experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or equivalent finance operations role, preferably within a luxury goods or multinational business environment.
