Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports and consolidate income statements across three operating divisions
- Validate financial data, analyze variances, and explain results in context of budget, forecast, and prior year performance
- Transform financial results and key performance indicators into actionable insights and recommendations
- Highlight performance risks and opportunities relative to budget, forecast, and prior-year figures
- Prepare presentations with clear narrative covering all three divisions
- Plan and review corporate cost center expenditures
- Collect and consolidate data from business partners, challenge assumptions, and ensure consistency of budgets and forecasts
- Serve as primary Finance contact for consolidation activities
- Coordinate forecast and monthly close deadlines, track missing data, and resolve issues
- Prepare final submissions and coordinate annual financial planning calendar and related deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in corporate finance or related field
- Solid understanding of financial planning, income statement consolidation, variance analysis, reporting controls, and financial results communication
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, essential for interaction with local and international teams
