Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the finance automation and agentic AI roadmap for corporate finance, translating strategic priorities into deliverable programmes.
- Design, prototype and oversee deployment of agentic workflows and automation solutions that materially reduce manual effort and improve control across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
- Serve as the principal liaison between finance, IT, data teams and external vendors to ensure robust integration, security and operational governance.
- Establish standards, governance and observability for automated processes, including risk controls, auditability and performance metrics.
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams and external partners to scale pilots into production, ensuring quality, change adoption and benefits realisation.
- Drive documentation, training and knowledge transfer to embed new ways of working across finance operations.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in finance transformation, automation or digital finance initiatives within a complex corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of core finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and associated control frameworks.
- Solid comprehension of agentic AI concepts, LLM-driven workflows and their operational implications for finance controls and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder programmes, with experience in governance, vendor management and change management.
- Strong analytical capability and experience defining KPIs to measure automation impact and sustain continuous improvement.
Skills
Experience
7+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, automation, or related technology-enabled finance roles, including proven delivery of enterprise automation programmes and stakeholder leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, computer science or equivalent; advanced degree (MSc, MBA) preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
