Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data for the Swiss market on a weekly basis, focusing on the Watch and Jewelry sectors.
  • Prepare monthly activity reviews and presentations for the Swiss Markets region management.
  • Drive updates and development of Power BI tools.
  • Propose enhancements to existing processes, including new reports, automation, and best practices.
  • Control invoice coding in the accounting system.
  • Manage monthly financial closures for the Swiss market.
  • Update and monitor budgets for Marketing Retail, Wholesale, Media, and Press departments.
  • Facilitate and participate in budget follow-up meetings with various departments.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and revisions.
  • Engage in ad-hoc financial projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently in the final year of a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in finance.
  • Previous successful experience in management control, audit, or finance is essential.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Power BI and Ax is advantageous. Strong command of English and French. Rigorous, reliable, and autonomous with a proactive approach.

Experience

Previous internship experience in management control, audit, or finance is required.

Education

Final year student in a business school, engineering school, or university with a finance specialization.
