Chanel internship: Finance Project Coordinator in Perfumes & Beauty, Neuilly-sur-Seine, January 2027 – 6 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the project team in managing and monitoring financial transformation and tools optimization projects, including diagnostic, planning, documentation, business requirements validation, testing, and reporting
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from Finance and Sustainability teams to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Organize and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, formalize test plans, track execution, and catalog anomalies and findings
- Ensure incident escalation, tracking, and resolution in close collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders
- Contribute to the establishment of efficient processes for data management, transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Design and distribute communication materials including presentations, newsletters, and videos to support finance project deployment across teams
- Create explanatory video content, testimonials, articles, and newsletters; develop visually engaging presentations to facilitate adoption of new tools and processes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in upper-level higher education (Bac +4/5) at a business school, university, or engineering school with specialization in data, business intelligence, project management, or finance
- Prior experience in BI, project management, or data roles (internship or apprenticeship) preferred
- Proficiency with BI tools including Power BI and Excel
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and collaborative work ethic
- Professional fluency in English (both written and oral)

Experience
Prior experience in business intelligence, project management, or data analytics (internship or apprenticeship) is valued, though not mandatory for candidates demonstrating strong foundational knowledge and analytical capability.
Education
Currently enrolled in upper-level higher education (Bac +4/5) such as a business school, university, or engineering school, with specialization in data analytics, business intelligence, project management, or finance.
